About this engagement

Here's how I see the situation, what I'd do about it, and what it looks like to work together.

Founder, Yeah Industries  ·  Unicorn Marketers
$7M+ in managed spend across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Bing. I've worked across high-ticket coaching, legal, real estate, B2B lead gen, and e-commerce. I run Yeah Industries, a small performance marketing practice focused on direct response. I'm not an agency. I own the work personally.

My read on where Beyond Driven is right now

Attribution is unreliable. Hyros outbound has known gaps, there are pixel events Julian can't identify, and nobody's fully confident in what the primary optimization event is actually capturing. Every spend decision is being made on data that hasn't been verified.
The account structure is duplicative. Eight campaigns running essentially the same three creatives to slightly different audiences isn't a testing strategy, it's spend dilution. You're also competing against yourself in auction, which drives CPMs up.
Creative is over-concentrated. Tim being the face of every single ad is a risk. CPMs have roughly doubled in six months, so you're paying twice as much to serve the same creative. Diversification isn't a nice-to-have at this point.
Testing has been gut-driven. Without written hypotheses and clear kill points, there's no way to know why something failed. Was it the angle? The format? The audience? You can't improve what you can't diagnose.
The fundamentals are strong. The offer converts. LTV is ~$14K. There are 30+ backlogged creatives and 10+ video capacity per week. The raw material is there. What's been missing is a system to activate it properly.

How I'd approach this

01
Audit before touching anything
Week 1 is read-only. Every decision gets made on verified data, not inherited assumptions.
02
Fix the foundation first
Hyros outbound, pixel events, campaign structure. In that order. Nothing else matters until attribution is trustworthy.
03
Hypothesis-driven creative testing
Every creative launches with a written reason. Every kill has a documented rationale. No gut calls.
04
Full-funnel, not just media buying
VSL page variants, email sequence health, show rate. I'm looking at the whole picture, not just what's happening inside the ad account.
05
Weekly reporting, no chasing
Julian gets a Monday report with data, decisions, and priorities. He never has to ask what's happening.
06
AI-native execution
Creatify, Claude-powered copy, AI script pipelines. These are part of the actual workflow, not something I mention to sound current.

What I'm committing to

You'll never chase me for an update. The Monday report goes out whether the week was good or bad.
I won't make recommendations I can't back up with data. If I don't know something, I'll say that.
Nothing gets touched in the account without a documented reason first. The technical debt that past vendors left behind stops with me.
If something isn't working, you hear it from me first. That's the whole job.
I'm not here to keep things running. I'm here to build something. There's a lot of upside in this account and I intend to find it.
One honest thing: Month 1 will feel slower than Month 3. That's by design, not a caveat. The vendors before me moved fast and left a mess. I'm not doing that. Whoever comes after me should find a cleaner account than I inherited.
